Connect to Breath: Improve your breath awareness, and enhance your yoga experience! We'll explore 2-3 yoga breathing techniques (pranayama) in-depth, then couple them with gentle seated, standing, or reclined movement. Use this class to strengthen the connection between body and mind, improve lung function, and boost brain health.
